Pepper Sterling is a secret agent whose cover is blown. She finds herself bound heavily to a big chair, her hands tied in front, but secured to her thighs. Over 100 feet of rope binds her chest to the chair. She is gagged with a thick, white cloth knotted cleave gag. As the enemy holds her, Pepper learns that they want to extract what she knows. Soon, the cleave is replaced with tape to keep her quiet but to make her a little more comfortable. Soon, a black cloth OTM gag is applied over the tape for extra silence.
