Detective Whitney Morgan has been taken as part of an elaborate plot to be framed for a robbery she didn't commit, and is left bound and gagged while the robbery proceeds. She tries to escape but is taken by surprise by her captor, who reveals the robbery was foiled and now has to go to a Plan B. He reties Whitney securely and she is OTM gagged with a white cloth, a fitting gag for the plucky detective. She is to be used as a hostage and must be left while the captor prepares his getaway car. Left alone, this gives Whitney a chance to escape, writhing through the ropes and struggles to get her tight gag off, the stuffing only muffling her grunts more.
