Amateur detectives Izzabella Robbins and Kitty Kilmore thought they had the jump on their target, a known countefeiter, and were leading him to a trap. Little did they realize the trap was set for them and they find quickly that the criminal has another love: tape. He heavily binds and gags the duo with bundling tape, looping it around their bodies and wrapping the tape over their mouths and around their heads.
He only needed to keep them at bay for a while as he made his getaway, but the two struggle hard to get free. One notices a pair of scissors nearby and the two help each other get free. Can they get out of this sticky mess and catch the fiend responsible for their peril?
