Jamie Knotts was working undercover at a popular exercise gym as an aerobics instructor, learning that the gym owner was using the business as a front for more nefarious purposes. As Jamie discovers something is afoot, she is grabbed before she can alert her partners. She is stashed in an upper room of the gym, bound with her hands behind back, ankles, and thighs, and she is tape gagged with a strip of white tape. The spandex clad blonde bombshell has been in situations like this before and attempts to get free. However, her captors suspect she has experience as well and are waiting for her to escape to put her in even deeper peril.
