The sexy Rachel Adams has been taken captive in her sneakers and shorts. The casual-clad damsel is locked in a room and bound at the ankles, knees, chest massively roped, and wrists behind her back. She is cleave gagged with a thick white cloth and she writhes around the room trying to get free.
Her captor soon returns to remove the cleave gag and replaces it with white medical tape. He then adds one more layer to the gag by taking a red cloth and OTM gags Rachel with it. The terrified Rachel tries her best to get free from captivity.
