Rachel Adams awakes in an unfamiliar room with no memory of how she got there. The lovely maiden finds herself shocked to see that she has been bound heavily with duct tape all around her body. She tries to make a sound but tape has been wrapped tightly over her mouth and around her head. Frantic, Rachel searches for an escape and finds one in an adjacent kitchen. A sharp edge of a dishwasher might be her only means of escape. Rachel crawls and struggles across the room for her one chance at safety.
